Madinah Munawwarah in Quran.

As for the foremost—the first of the Emigrants and the Helpers—and those who follow them in goodness, Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him. And He has prepared for them Gardens under which rivers flow, to stay there for ever and ever. That is the ultimate triumph. [Chapter 9, Verse 100,]

Allah has certainly turned in mercy to the Prophet as well as the Emigrants and the Helpers who stood by him in the time of hardship, after the hearts of a group of them had almost faltered. He then accepted their repentance. Surely He is Ever Gracious and Most Merciful to them.[Chapter 9, Verse 117,]

And say, “My Lord! Grant me an honourable entrance and an honourable exit and give me a supporting authority from Yourself.” [Chapter 17, Verse 80]

And when a party of them said: “O people of yathrib (Almadinah)! There is no stand (possible) for you (against the enemy attack!) Therefore go back!” And a band of them ask for permission of the Prophet ﷺ saying: “Truly, our homes lie open (to the enemy).” And they lay not open. They but wished to flee. [Chapter 33, Verse 13]

They (hyprocrites) say: “If we return to Al-madinah, indeed the more honourable (‘Abdullah bin Ubai bin Salul, the chief of hyprocrites at Al-madinah) will expel therefrom the meaner (i.e. Allah’s Messenger ﷺ).” But honour, power and glory belong to Allah, His Messenger (Muhammad ﷺ), and to the believers, but the hypocrites know not.[Chapter 63, Verse 8]
